Fares are quoted in Euros with a guide value in Pounds Sterling and payment can be made in any currency.

Switchover days vary by facility. Write to us for more information. It is necessary to leave the premises before 10:00 on the last day. Access to the property is possible after 16:00 on the day of arrival.

Weekly rates quoted include a mid-week cleaning service with towel change. For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay linen change is included. The rent includes preparation of the villa and cleaning on departure and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided.

SandyAzulcan provide many extras upon request (charges apply) such as in-villa catering, car hire and airport transfers etc. Please ask for more details.

Individual rental:Folding bed with linen and towels €125, travel cot for a child (provided by the manufacturer) and delivery of a foam mattress, bed linen and towels €90, high chair €30. Extra cleaning on request: €60 per 2 hour booking (this includes 1 maid for 2 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour).

Cancellation Refund:

• Cancellation at any time from the date of booking to 63 days before the date of arrival - loss of the deposit
• Cancellation 56-62 days before arrival - loss of 50% of the total value of the reservation
• Cancellation 42-55 days before arrival: loss of 75% of the total value of the reservation
• Cancellation 15-41 days before arrival: loss of 95% of the total value of the reservation
• Cancellation from 0 to 14 days before arrival - 100% of the booking value is forfeited

• Please note that we do not accept unrelated or young adult groups, animals or pets.
• Only guests registered for booking are allowed to stay at the property at any time.
• No parties or events may be held on any property unless written permission has been obtained in advanceSandyAzul.
• Smoking is prohibited in all facilities.

For all rentals, a security deposit is required at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All these deposits are non-refundable. The final balance must be paid 12 weeks before arrival.

Accidental damage insurance(ADC, bezzwrotne)

Sunset is covered against accidental damage for a non-refundable fee of €70 per week, which will be added to the confirming invoice. Covers accidental damage to property during use up to a value of €200 per claim. Damage caused by negligence and/or vandalism is expressly excluded.

If there was anyaccidental damageto a property worth more than €200, you will be notified by email within 10 days of your departure date and we will deduct the amount above €200 from yourreintegrabledeposit. However, ifSandyAzulyou believe the damage was caused by negligence and/or vandalism,ADC will not be appliedand the full cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the pricereintegrabledeposit.

If there is any damage, please let us knownotify us immediatelyregardless of value.

This does not include lost house keys which will be charged immediately if lost.

Deposit(reintegrable)

In addition to "Accidental Damage Insurance", The Sunset is also refundable "Deposit". It is a fixed amount of €2,000 and is paid at least 4 weeks before the date of arrival.

Any damage to the property must be reported immediately and the cost of any damage will be deducted from the deposit. Your "Accidental Damage Protection" will cover the first €200 of each single incident.

Upon your departure, the property management team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues found. If no problems are found, the deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days.
